If your device is not syncing, please conduct the following steps (Apple Health users see below):

  1. Log into Fitrockr
  2. Go to Profile
  3. Disconnect your tracker
  4. Reconnect your tracker
  5. Sync your device with its native app
  6. Go back to Fitrockr 
  7. Go to Dashboard
  8. Click on Fetch Data at the top right (not applicable for Garmin users)
  9. Go to Analytics and check whether your data is displayed


Apple Health Users

If your device is not syncing, please conduct the following steps (Apple Health users only):

  1. Open the Fitrockr iOS app
  2. Go to Profile
  3. Disable Apple Health connection
  4. Enable Apple Health connection
  5. Go to Apple Health app and click on Sources
  6. Check whether Fitrockr is listed and allowed to consume data
