If your device is not syncing, please conduct the following steps (Apple Health users see below):
- Log into Fitrockr
- Go to Profile
- Disconnect your tracker
- Reconnect your tracker
- Sync your device with its native app
- Go back to Fitrockr
- Go to Dashboard
- Click on Fetch Data at the top right (not applicable for Garmin users)
- Go to Analytics and check whether your data is displayed
Apple Health Users
If your device is not syncing, please conduct the following steps (Apple Health users only):
- Open the Fitrockr iOS app
- Go to Profile
- Disable Apple Health connection
- Enable Apple Health connection
- Go to Apple Health app and click on Sources
- Check whether Fitrockr is listed and allowed to consume data
