Fitrockr Support Portal

Fitrockr differentiates two types of league invitations:

• Automated Fitrockr Email invitation - Fitrockr automatically sends Email invitations to league participants. You can recognise this email easily as it is sent from a @fitrockr.com Email address. This invitation is specific to its recipient and cannot be shared. Once used, it expires. 
• Manual Fitrockr Email invitation - Fitrockr provides a join-league link which can be distributed outside of Fitrockr, e.g. by emailing it to a distribution list, posting it on a Social Media page, etc. You can recognise this email as it is NOT sent from a @fitrockr.com Email address. This invitation is public and can be shared. It does not expire unless the league administrator disables it.
